Do you sell to consumers?
No. We supply trade buyers only: importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, online stores and hospitality projects.
What is your minimum order?
Minimum quantities depend on the construction and are confirmed with each quotation. Trial orders can be discussed.
Can you make our own designs and colours?
Yes. We develop designs from your artwork or our archive, match colours to your shade cards, and supply samples for approval before production.
How long does production take?
Lead times depend on construction, quantity and season, and are confirmed on each proforma invoice.
What are your shipping and payment terms?
Shipping and payment terms are agreed with each order and confirmed on the proforma invoice. We ship LCL and full containers.
Which certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, SEDEX and Care & Fair. Our rugs in cotton, wool, viscose and their blends are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified (certificate 25.HIN.94306, Hohenstein). Test reports for other materials are arranged where required.
Can you use our labels and packing?
Yes. We pack in rolls or cartons with your brand labels, care labels and barcodes.
Can we visit you?
Yes, by appointment at Qayyum House, Bhadohi. You can also meet us at Heimtextil, Ambiente and the IHGF Delhi Fair.
